Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Rotation | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting during 12-hour night shifts
• Rotate every other weekend, with 2 holiday shifts required if working through winter holidays
• Float between ICU and IMCU as needed
• Manage and monitor patients requiring advanced cardiac devices such as IABP and IMPELLA
• Care for post-operative CT surgery patients

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• EPIC EMR proficiency required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar ICU setting
• CT surgery experience and hands-on experience with IABP and IMPELLA devices required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating between ICU and step-down or IMCU environments
• Familiarity with high-acuity cardiac and surgical patient populations
