Contract (13 Weeks) | Day and Evening Shifts | 8-Hour and 12-Hour Shifts Available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care and skilled nursing residents in accordance with facility policies and care plans
• Assess, monitor, and document resident health status and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and resident safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver quality resident care
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff regarding care needs and updates

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Vermont or a compact state license
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to work day and/or evening shifts, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems used in LTC/SNF environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a long-term care setting
