Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services during night shift hours in an acute care environment
• Deliver patient assessments, treatments, and monitoring as directed by physician orders
• Administer and manage mechanical ventilation and airway management procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility to practice in Vermont
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the NBRC preferred; CRT accepted
• Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an acute care or hospital setting
• Experience with mechanical ventilation and critical care respiratory support
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
