Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:15–06:45)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an inpatient Medical Surgical setting
- Manage a patient population that may include a heavy swing bed census
- Maintain safe and effective care with patient ratios that may reach up to 6:1
- Adhere to facility policies, including compliance with a smoke-free environment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- No blocked schedules — requesting a blocked schedule will result in immediate disqualification
- Requested time off (RTO) must be included at time of submittal
- Local candidates are welcome and will be considered
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Prior experience with swing bed patient populations
