Contract | Days | 4x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (shift end may vary based on procedure completion)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP setting at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures from start through completion
• Participate in on-call rotation, including one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per month and one weekday call shift per week; call requirements may be adjusted based on staffing needs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Wear a radiation badge at all times during applicable procedures (badge must be provided by agency prior to start)
• During hurricane season (June–November), be prepared for potential assignment to emergency response teams as required

Required Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact RN license must be in hand prior to start date
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP nursing experience required
• Radiation badge required — must be supplied by the staffing agency; the facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in both EP and Cardiac Cath Lab environments
• Familiarity with radiation safety protocols and cath lab-specific equipment
• Ability to adapt to variable shift end times based on procedure volume and complexity
