Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 31-bed Level III NICU setting with a 1:1 or 1:2 patient ratio
• Utilize EPIC for computer charting and Pyxis for medication administration
• May float to age-appropriate Pediatrics or PICU as needed
• Adhere to unit dress code (Caribbean blue scrubs)
• Mandatory attendance required for all 7 days of orientation (Mon–Fri week 1, Mon–Tue week 2, 8-hour days)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
• Current Indiana RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• NRP certification required
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC electronic health records and Pyxis medication dispensing systems
• Comfort and experience floating to Pediatrics or PICU environments
