Contract | Nights | 4x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a NICU and Pediatrics department setting
• Float within the Pediatrics department and NICU as required
• Adhere to weekend rotation requirements, including every other weekend
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays as required by the facility
• Maintain compliance with all unit-specific certifications and clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand prior to start date
• Minimum of 18 months of NICU or Pediatric RN experience
• Nursing degree from a program accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation
• Willingness and ability to float within the Pediatrics department and NICU
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Must live outside the state of Indiana to be eligible — Indiana residents are not accepted for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with charge nurse responsibilities is a plus
• Familiarity with NICU-specific certifications and competencies
