Contract (8 Weeks) | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document patient status, reporting changes to the appropriate care team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas or a compact state
• BLS certification required
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts for the duration of an 8-week contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and time management skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
