Sterile Processing Technician
Location
Dublin, OH | Surgical Services
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Evening Shift (5x8 Hours) | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Rotating weekends and occasional scheduled holidays
Key Responsibilities
- Decontamination of all items including drills, robotic surgical systems, and scopes
- Assembly of instruments across all service lines, including trauma, loaners, and peel packaging
- Sterilization processing using Sterrad and steam sterilization methods
- High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and scope reprocessing
- Sterile storage management and OR liaison support
- Instrument tracking using the Censitrac tracking system
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sterile processing experience
- CBSPD or CRCST certification required
- Previous travel assignment experience required
- Experience with High-Level Disinfection (HLD) processes required
- Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Censitrac or similar instrument tracking systems
- OR liaison experience in a surgical services environment
- Familiarity with a wide range of surgical service lines including trauma and loaner instrumentation
