Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit throughout the night shift
• Perform IV starts and manage obstetric patients across varying acuity levels
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Float to other units as required based on staffing and patient census needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support maternal and neonatal outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Active RN license — valid compact or Ohio state license required and must be in hand at time of submission
• Nursing education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• Demonstrated IV start skills required
• 2 professional references required; at least 1 must be from a manager, director, or formal leadership role (charge RN acceptable as second reference; no coworker references)
• Locals are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Comfort with floating to additional units within a large academic medical setting
