Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Scheduled as Needed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring patients in a high-acuity Labor and Delivery setting on an 18-bed unit
• Float as needed to Mother Antepartum Unit (MAU), Mother Baby Unit (MBU), and OB Special Care (OBSC)
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
• Operate Triton and SurgiCount systems as part of patient care protocols
• Adhere to scheduled weekend and holiday rotations as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted
• No open background check cases permitted
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Current driver's license required to verify address
• Requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with the application; no post-submission RTO will be accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Intermediate certification preferred
• Experience with high-acuity obstetric patient populations
• Familiarity with Triton and SurgiCount systems
