Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting across night shift hours
• Demonstrate competency with central lines, PICC lines, and umbilical lines
• Manage all forms of oxygen delivery including nasal cannula, high flow, CPAP, non-invasive ventilation, and mechanical ventilation
• Float to inpatient units as needed when NICU census allows
• Work every third weekend, with flexibility based on unit needs

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
• Active and unrestricted RN license in Ohio or a Compact license — must be in hand at time of submission
• CPR certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of NICU experience
• Pediatric experience required
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of NICU experience preferred
• G-Tube and tracheostomy experience preferred but not required
• BSN preferred over Associate-level education
