Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5×8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week | Clinic hours: 7:00 AM–6:00 PM; clinicians are required to work at least two late shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 60-minute evaluations and follow-up visits across a diverse patient population including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Manage a caseload of 10–11 visits per day and 50–55 visits per week
- Treat a broad range of conditions including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, and vestibular diagnoses
- Complete clinical documentation using the NextGen documentation system, supported by an AI-powered real-time documentation scribe
- Collaborate with Patient Experience Coordinators and rehab aides to deliver high-quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates not accepted)
- Ability to manage a full outpatient caseload independently
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative conditions across multiple age groups
- Familiarity with vestibular and neurological diagnoses such as vertigo and Alzheimer's/dementia
- Comfort working in a flexible, team-oriented outpatient clinic environment
