Contract | Days | 3x12 or 4x12 Hours (6:00–18:30) | Every other weekend required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting
• Float within scope of practice to other units or affiliate facilities as needed — floating is required of all travelers
• Participate in charge responsibilities as applicable
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and compliance requirements throughout the assignment
• Work 2 out of 3 major holidays as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license — must be in hand prior to start date</strong>; temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license application has been submitted
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
• Graduation from a nursing program accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Must be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Indiana residents are considered local and are not eligible for this position — candidates must reside outside of Indiana to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior NICU experience strongly preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Experience with high-acuity neonatal patient populations
